Finishing with all the final changes I got stuck on one big problem. Changing the font colors. It took me a good chunk of time to figure out how to change the color. While yes, it is a really simple task it was harder than it seems. I felt like I was losing my mind just for a color, since there was just so many different options to choose from but when I found the color it was such a stress release. Although when I did find the color swatches, I started to play around to see what the best would be. Changing each different work to different color it hit me how I really liked red overall . Working with InDesign has really been a learning experience that I will never forget. All these weeks trying and trying to figure out this new program and seeing how to make the best out of something I had no clue of, I feel like I have better understanding now. From how I felt and how I ...

After importing many different pictures into InDesign, it occurred to me, I need more pictures. I already had a quite few pictures, but I though I needed more of a variations. I wanted a bit more color, so I talked to my acquaintance who is in Colorguard with me and asked if she had any free period. After a short discussion, we both agreed on taking pictures during our sevens period. During that class period we both went outside where the bus loops is located at, and we both brought a flag out and started to toss it up in the air. While outside we got a little bit of a problem. There were lots of wind while throwing the flags up and this creates a problem since the flags are in fact 6ft tall. It than gets pretty difficult to throw something in the air while there is lots of wind. The wind will take the flag with it to whatever direction that the wind is going to, and it is a pretty ...

After figuring out a week ago what specific font I wanted to use, I found another font that I really enjoyed. Birra. Birra has a thick and bold font that I thought would look great with Niagara Engraved. In InDesign, I've been playing around by dragging each and every letter to find the best fit. It was kind of difficult to chose which one I wanted since many of them looks really good with each and everyone. It has also came to me that if you hold ctrl and shift, while at the same time using your mouse to move everything it moves where you want it to go. If you don’t use the ctrl and click at the same time, it will simply not move and will make everything more difficult to move. Another thing would be, clicking ctrl and z at the same time will reveres anything that you just did. For example if I would of accidently moved something that wasn’t suppose to move , then I could always press ctrl z to make it go back to what it use...

Starting off the week, I've been playing around with adobe InDesign. Watching countless of different YouTube video's and playing around in InDesign, it's been pretty difficult . InDesign has lots of different features to pick from, and that makes it pretty difficulty to move everything around. Since there is many features to pick from, it can get really confusing on what b utton is what and what's the purpose for each of these . This didn't mean that I would give though. This actually helped me motivate myself into doing better. In InDesign, I have been playing around with all of the different fonts. Scrolling and scrolling trying to find the perfect letter font, I think I found the one. Niagara Engraved. The way Niagara Engraved look seems like the perfect font for my cover page. Wh...
